Week 17 Watchlist: The best game to watch from all 30 teams

Week 17 features 31 games packed into four days before the All-Star festivities get underway on Friday in Los Angeles. That said, we’ve got must-see matchups for all 30 teams. Eastern Conference Atlanta Hawks Schedule: Monday at Timberwolves, Wednesday at Hornets Game To Watch: Wednesday at Hornets: Atlanta had a chance to snap Charlotte’s win streak on Saturday, but after 23 lead changes and 12 ties, the Hornets emerged with their ninth straight win. Will that streak still be intact when the Hawks visit Charlotte on Wednesday, seeking a 2-2 split in the season series? Boston Celtics Schedule: Wednesday vs. Bulls Game To Watch: Wednesday vs. Bulls: After their five-game win streak was snapped on Sunday, the Celtics will try to enter the All-Star break on a winning note when they host the Bulls. This is the third and final regular-season matchup between these teams after they split their first two meetings. Brooklyn Nets Schedule: Monday vs. Bulls, Wednesday vs. Pacers Game To Watch: Monday vs. Bulls: The Nets look to win the season series with the Bulls 3-1 as the teams close out their regular-season series in Brooklyn. The Nets are coming off a win over Washington in which they shot a season-best 54.9% and put up 127 points. Can they repeat that effort to start Week 17? Charlotte Hornets Schedule: Monday vs. Pistons, Wednesday vs. Hawks Game To Watch: Monday vs. Pistons: A win would match the Hornets’ longest win streak in franchise history, originally set from Feb. 21–March 13, 1998. Detroit, however, stands in the way of a 10th straight win for Charlotte. Chicago Bulls Schedule: Monday at Nets, Wednesday at Celtics Game To Watch: Monday at Nets: Chicago enters Monday’s matchup in Brooklyn looking to snap a four-game skid that has dropped the Bulls out of the SoFi Play-In Tournament field. After shaking up its roster at the trade deadline, can Chicago get back on track heading into the All-Star break? Cleveland Cavaliers Schedule: Monday at Nuggets, Wednesday vs. Wizards Game To Watch: Wednesday vs. Wizards: James Harden made his Cavs debut on the road last week. This week, he’ll make his home debut when the Cavs host the Wizards in their final game before the All-Star break. Detroit Pistons Schedule: Monday at Hornets, Wednesday at Raptors Game To Watch: Monday at Hornets: Can the Pistons cool down the hottest team in the NBA entering Week 17? With Charlotte climbing into the Play-In field, this could also be a potential first-round playoff matchup as Detroit continues to lead the East. Indiana Pacers Schedule: Tuesday at Knicks, Wednesday at Nets Game To Watch: Tuesday at Knicks: It’s a rematch of last year’s Eastern Conference Finals between these longtime rivals. In their first meeting this season, the Pacers led most of the way before Jalen Brunson hit the game-winning 3-pointer with 4.4 seconds remaining. Can the Pacers avenge that loss and end a four-game skid? Miami Heat Schedule: Monday vs. Jazz, Wednesday at Pelicans Game To Watch: Wednesday at Pelicans: When the Heat faced the Pelicans on Jan. 4, Norm Powell splashed a season-high nine 3-pointers (outdueling Trey Murphy III’s seven triples) to lead Miami to the win. After being named a participant in the State Farm 3-Point Contest on Sunday, will Powell have another hot night against the Pelicans in his final game before the All-Star break? Milwaukee Bucks Schedule: Monday at Magic (Peacock), Wednesday at Magic, Thursday at Thunder (Prime Video) Game To Watch: Monday at Magic (Peacock): The Bucks enter Week 17 riding a season-high three-game win streak. Can they keep that momentum going heading into the All-Star break as they hit the road to face the Magic twice and the Thunder this week? New York Knicks Schedule: Tuesday vs. Pacers, Wednesday at 76ers (ESPN) Game To Watch: Wednesday at 76ers (ESPN): It’s a clash of All-Star starting guards from the East as Jalen Brunson and the No. 2 Knicks (who have won nine of their last 10 games) visit Tyrese Maxey and the No. 6 Sixers (who have won six of their last seven) in their final meeting of the regular season. Orlando Magic Schedule: Monday vs. Bucks (Peacock), Wednesday vs. Bucks Game To Watch: Monday vs. Bucks (Peacock): This week, the Magic host the Bucks in back-to-back games. Both teams aim to close their pre-All-Star schedule on a strong note as Orlando has won two straight entering Week 17, while Milwaukee has won its last three. Philadelphia 76ers Schedule: Monday at Trail Blazers, Wednesday vs. Knicks (ESPN) Game To Watch: Monday at Trail Blazers: Joel Embiid has scored 30-plus points in eight of his last 10 games, helping the Sixers climb to sixth in the Eastern Conference. Can Embiid and the Sixers stay hot to open All-Star week? Toronto Raptors Schedule: Wednesday vs. Pistons Game To Watch: Wednesday vs. Pistons: In their lone game of Week 17, the No. 5 Raptors host the East-leading Pistons in their first matchup of the season. Toronto can not only make a statement by knocking off the conference’s top squad, but it would also snap a six-game losing streak to Detroit (which dates back to Dec. 2023). Washington Wizards Schedule: Wednesday at Cavaliers Game To Watch: Wednesday at Cavaliers: The Wizards and Cavs both shook up their rosters at the trade deadline, but the newest Wizards – Anthony Davis and Trae Young – are not expected to debut for Washington until after the All-Star break at the earliest. Meanwhile, James Harden is set to make his home debut for the Cavs on Wednesday.
